Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM

Warsaw Optical: Mon - Fri from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 4 PM

Please call for available hours/days in our Plymouth location, as we are not seeing patients in our Plymouth clinic daily.

Appointment Details
The length of your appointment will depend on its nature. Dilation and other procedures such as visual field testing, photography procedures, and cataract evaluations require more time than routine appointments. We will let you know the expected duration when you make your appointment. It is important that you set aside sufficient time in your schedule.

Canceling and Rescheduling Your Appointment, Procedure/Surgery, and our No-Show Policy
Please call the office if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, procedure/surgery.
 
We require 24 hours' notice prior to your office visit and 72 hours' notice prior to your surgery/procedure or fees could apply....
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice for office visit cancellation may result in a $50 fee.
  • Missing an office visit without notice may result in a $50 fee.
  • Less than 72 hours’ notice for a surgery/procedure may result in a $100 fee.
  • Missing a scheduled surgery/procedure without notice may result in a $100 fee.
 These fees are not covered by insurance and are the patient’s responsibility.
 
We understand that true medical emergencies and unforeseen, extenuating, circumstances can
occur; therefore, fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the clinic/surgery center management.
