Full-time Accounting Manager - Warsaw
Grossnickle Eye Center is looking for a FULL-TIME Accounting Manager for the Warsaw office.
Applicants should excel at paying attention to detail and accuracy, and be able to work with financial reporting and internal controls. We are looking for a self-motivated employee with an accounting degree (or similar field) and least 3-5 years of experience in accounting. The Accounting Manager is responsible for processing accounts payable, assisting with payroll processing, completing journal entries for the general ledger monthly close, producing monthly and annual financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of internal controls. Accounting Manager will work closely with CFO to analyze fixed and variable expenses, explore equipment purchases, and guide large capital investments. A full benefits package is available with a competitive salary based on experience.
Part-Time Maintenance Position - Warsaw
GEC is seeking a PART-TIME Maintenance Worker at the Warsaw office.
Approximately 12-20 hours per week. No weekends or holidays. Past experience in maintenance, carpentry, and electrical skills preferred.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ordering & receiving office supplies
- General maintenance of building & grounds
- Handling basic repairs & maintenance checks
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment & premises
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Responsible for special projects as needed at all GEC locations
Flexible Full-Time Ophthalmic Assistant - Warsaw
Grossnickle Eye Center is looking for a FLEXIBLE FULL-TIME Ophthalmic Assistant for the Warsaw office.
Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional customer service and computer skills, along with a strong desire to learn is required. Ophthalmic, optometric, or medical assisting experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: history taking, visual acuity testing, and diagnostic ophthalmic specialty testing.
