Meet Our Doctors
Christian Briggs, M.D.
Dr. Christian Briggs is a dedicated ophthalmologist with a strong foundation in clinical medicine. His specialties include cataracts and glaucoma procedures, surgical and injectable plastics, LASIK, and medical retina treatment.
Dr. Briggs earned his MD degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, where he trained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to medical school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning a Bachelor of Science in physics with minors in mathematics, chemistry, and biology.
Following medical school, Dr. Briggs completed a transitional year at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana, before pursuing his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
In his spare time, Dr. Briggs enjoys carpentry, traveling, reading classic science fiction, and SCUBA diving.
